New Startup

Welcome Fellow Bloggers,

I am a new startup company [Nana Jones Food & Beverage Inc] trying to dig up some capital to get going. My idea came to me during a discussion with my mentor/friend. I want to market my mother’s recipe for iced tea or as they say in the south, Sweet Tea. I feel very strongly about this idea, partly because my mom passed away 13 years ago, and it is my way of honoring her and the other reason being that she made the best damn tea I have ever tasted. She ruined me for life. I can’t go into a restaurant and order certain things that she used to make, and Iced Tea is one of those things. Even my son, who travels extensively for his job, says that he hasn’t tasted any iced tea like it in all of his travels (across the US). Now that is a compliment and a half.
So here I am sitting on this goldmine of an idea, with no money to get it going. Does anyone out there know of a good way to get this great idea into the next phase? I’d love to hear your comments and suggestions.
